  If you want to use the brushless / automatic car wash, try to go during hours when the car wash is attended by Hoppy's staff. Our experience is usually the car wash alone does not fully clean the car, it needs the extra "hand wash" the attendents will do.

  The car wash was originally just part of the adjacent BP service station, but was closed for a period before reopening as a Hoppy's.

  All in all, well worth a visit for heavy duty cleaning if you use the do-it-yourself.

  Just went to wash the car and found the brush to be full of dirt and grit and there wad no staff around to complain to. Find his unacceptable can damage cars.

  I have used this car wash often. BUT once again I had put my $2 in the self wash machine I chose high pressure soap and no soap came out. moved my car, tried it in another bay same thing happened. I went to let the attendant know politely (I wasn't fussed about the few bucks I lost I have a good job. this is about respect for your customers and PRINCABLE!) what I didn't like was how he spoke to me and said I probably had it on the wrong setting. He then he ran off, no offer of a refund or any help. He carried on as if it was my fault. learn how too communicate with your customers you rude A-hole. He could also smile once and a while although I do understand that he does have to wash cars all day.

  Irks - The do-it-yourself bays are often used by 4x4 drivers washing their mud off from a dirty weekend... so be prepared to have to walk around it or waste your cash on spraying it out of the way. Also the foam brushes give insane amounts of foam, really too much, so it ends up being very difficult to rinse off.
